Sunset Boulevard
If I were on a Disney vacation and, for some unknown reason, were only allowed to visit a handful of areas within the entire Walt Disney World resort, one of those areas would be Sunset Boulevard within Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Originally built in 1994 as support theming for the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, the Sunset Boulevard backdrop is a reflection of the glory days of tinsel town — the golden age of Hollywood. Part of what brings this facade to life is the area music played in the background of the strip. As you get closer to the Tower of Terror, the music changes tone to that of something more ominous, but until you reach that transition, the, very appropriate and mood setting, music is pulled right from classic songbooks of the 1930′s and 40′s.
