Hello. I’m Paul Hobson. Welcome to my site. My site is a combination of my personal thoughts, journaling, interests, and sometimes just random things I find funny. My website itself has become one of my favorite hobbies throughout the years, and I enjoy tinkering with it and tweaking it when ever I get the time. I’ve also learned to enjoy writing. I’m still not very good at it, but that idea of effectively communicating thoughts and beliefs through written word intrigues me.
For those visiting who may not know me, here is where I stand on the topics I tend to write about.
Religion: I’m a Christian. Though personal experience and much study I’ve come to accept the Bible as the Word of God, and as the instruction manual for my life.
Family: I’m a husband and a daddy. Outside of faith, my family is the most important thing in my life. My wife is the most wonderful person I’ve ever had the privilege to know, and my sons (Logan and Chase) impresses me more every day.
Professional: I am a computer programmer by trade, and it’s the perfect profession for me. Not every person gets to go to work every day and do something they enjoy as much. I consider myself very blessed in this area. I currently am employed by New York State and write web based software for them.
Politics: I’m a recent convert to from a Moderate to a Conservative. I’ve really lost all my trust in knuckle heads in Washington to do things like basic math.
Interests: I am a movie consumer. I love cinematic adventures. The little kid living inside of me won’t let me give up my obsession with everything and anything related to Disney. I also freely admit to wanting to spend too much of my free time playing video games and think that Xbox was the greatest invention ever made.
