But I suppose I shouldn’t be so shocked hearing this statement from the same man who called me a “bitter clinger“, enjoyed touring the 57 states, and can’t remember the age of his daughter.
Outside of MSN and CNN, are there people out there that still honestly think this guy is doing a cracker-jack job? I’m honestly curious to know. From where I’m sitting, it seems like the people who just three years ago where mindlessly chanting “Yes We Can” are starting to whisper under their breath “Wish We Didn’t”. Maybe next election the American people will vote on substanance and not demagoged platituedes? I really don’t think I’m asking for too much…
