Happy Pi Day Everybody!
Today is Pi day. I’m not really sure what it is we’re supposed to be doing on Pi day, but I remember last year many people on the “internets” made a big deal out it. Most of them — I’m just assuming — were observing the scientific the day as a simple means to try and make themselves more important than they are — or at the very least, smarter than they actually are. I’m sorry; but the kid running the “F-Yeah” tumblr blog is not observing how the numeric expression of Pi effects his every day life.
Me, I’m observing it because I found a neat video about Pi that’s worth sharing. Youtube user MichaelJohnBlake created an interesting video that is supposed to be the musical representation of Pi up to 31 decimal places. Pi isn’t just smarty and tasty (pie), but not it’s also easy on your ears. Also; I’ll be watching the movie Pi today… so that’s kind of neat.
