I found this interesting. Back in the years of old, when Disney was still hand animating their feature motion pictures, it should come as no surprise that they were using overlays to apply the same shapes and motions to different cartoon scenes. In a sense, this was their way of recycling movie scenes, improving animation turn around time, and as a result (no doubt) reducing costs.
I’ve collected a handful of scenes and placed them next to each other so the comparison is obvious. Click on any image to view it’s full size.

You’ll find even more if you flip some of the images – The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh have several scenes of Rabbit running to and fro and over a fence, and all of them the same.
