Written by a committee that admits they don’t fully understand it.

It will be voted on by a congress who hasn’t read it.

Funded by a treasury secretary who doesn’t pay his taxes.

Signed by a president who smokes.

Overseen by a surgeon general who is obese.

Paid for by a country that’s broke.
