Notepad++ has got to be one of my favorite apps out there. Lightweight and powerful, once I got comfortable with it’s behavior I got rid of both Macromedia Homesite and Microsoft Word. The only feature that I’ve been missing was the word and character counter that is so readily available in Word. [...]
