Coffee Thoughts
I’m finding it harder than I thought I would to give up most of my coffee drinking. I was going to try an give it up completely (replaced with tea) until I read this article by Dr. Oz.
For the most part I’ve taken myself down from about 6 – 7 cups throughout any given day to just two in the morning.
Interesting that I’m finding that I enjoy the taste and smell of coffee a lot more. I’m not just gulping down my morning cup, but enjoying throughout the first hour of my work day.
I just wish I didn’t crave it in the afternoon. Giving up the cup after lunch is tough.
