I want to bring back featuring music on my website. It’s something that I used to due on my website a long time ago, but abandoned due to the time constraints involved in managing multiple domains. For now, the MP3 is going to be parked right on top of my side bar… so it should be hard to miss. Just click a song to start playing.
For now I’m feature a couple of songs from Thea Gilmore off of her album Liejacker. I first heard Dance In New York while searching for new music through iTunes iMix archives. I really enjoyed the melody and the song just seemed to take me away. And You Shall Know No Other God (which seems to be a song about losing a battle against drug addiction) is unique in it’s simple but haunting cords, that I find myself humming over and over again.
