iTunes, iPod Sync Problem

I’ve converted two movies to my iPod this morning, but for some reason, my iTunes will not sync one of them with my iPod. I keep getting the message:
was not copied to the iPod because it cannot be played on this iPod

They would both converted to mpeg-4 by the same application with the same video profiles. They both play fine in the iTunes player. One just won’t sync. Here are the properties as iTunes sees them:

I’m confused, any ideas?
